How early to arrive at Calif. Grill?

We have ADR's for CG at 9:10 on Sat. 3/25 and Wishes is at 10 pm. If it is really crowded (which I am assuming it will be) will we be able to see Wishes even if we haven't been seated yet? It seems like I remember something about check-in being on a different floor. Any advice? Should we arrive really early?

When you check in at the podiem, they take you up to the 15 floor. This is where you wait for your table. You can either have a drink at the bar or go out on the cat walk and see wishes. Can't imagine not being seated in time for wishes. Never had to wait 45 min with an ADR.
