I'm not positive, but I don't think you can check luggage any sooner than 12 hours prior to your flight. I think RAC hours are 5 am - 1 pm, so you would not be able to check it the night before. Hopefully someone will be able to verify that or give the correct information.

You should check on the transportation forum, but I don't think you can use RAC for this flight. I believe you have to have the bags to them 3+ hours before the flight, but they only start accepting bags at 5am and definitely not the night before. So I think RAC isn't usable for that early of a flight.

If your Magical Express pick up is for 7AM, I would be down there with your bags around 6:15 to be safe.

The night before is not an option because you have to check your luggage within 12 hours of flight time, but no later than 3 hours before your flight time. You will have to check your luggage in the morning, but RAC opens at 5:00 AM. You must be completely finished with the check in process no later than 3 hours before your flight departure time.

Give yourself some extra time. Usually we've gotten our luggage checked in quickly, but there were times when the line was fairly long and it took longer than expected. Definitely plan to be at the DME bus stop 15 minutes before the time listed on the paperwork you receive just in case the bus arrives early. If you are still waiting in the RAC line, take your luggage with you and check them in at MCO.

I'm pretty sure the desk opens at 5am. Take them down as early as you can. Often their is a line.

When you arrive, walk over to the desk and ask.

It sounds like I may need to carry the checked bag with me on ME and then check it in at the airport. I would assume with a ME pickup three hours before my flight, I should have no problem checking it in once I get to MCO. Sounds like time will allow, right?

I have carried my bags on the bus with me and checked them at the airport when it's that early in the day.

The RAC desk opens at 5am. You can check you luggage if you have a flight that leaves after 8am that day. We usually get downstairs about an hour or so before the ME pickup time. It can get busy at RAC so we like to get down there well in advance.
