How Early Should I Book For December 26th?

Hi! This is a whole new world for us. We have always visited WDW at the end of July. This year we are changing it up and going December 26th - December 30th. How early should I make our reservations? I am 95% sure we are going but life happens and we are 9 months away. We want to stay at Pop. Do the rooms sell out fast? Suggestions please.
