how early in the morning does the magical express start running?

We have an 8:20 am return flight home.
how early does the magical express start making its runs to orlando airport in the morning and how early would we need to board it to get to the airport on time for our flight?

DME runs 24 hours. You will be picked up around 3 hours before your flight time.

Just left this morning on a flight from MCO that left at 8:50AM....DME pickup was at 5:40AM....POFQ then OKW, then MCO.
