How early do parking lots open?

DH has an 830 am Segway tour booked at Epcot for our trip in May. Epcot opens at 9:00 that day. He has to be at Guest Relations inside Epcot at 8:15. DD and I will meet up with him for lunch in Norway at 12:00. Will he be able to drive to Epcot and and park at around 8:00, or will the parking lot still be closed? Or will I be able to drop him off at the front gate? I know that he can take a taxi, but we just think it would be easier to take our own car that day.
