My flight arrives at 6:45 AM so I figure we'll be at WDW about 8:30ish I suspect. We're staying at the Poly on an AP rate so to play it safe, I'll pick up my AP before checking in. How early can I get my AP? - this is for Saturday Apr 10.

Also, where is the most convenient location? I'll have a rental car and am heading from the airport to the Poly. Would Downtown Disney be the best location as it could be on the way. I also thought of parking at the Poly and hopping on the monorail to go over to the MK ticket booth but it could be busy on a Saturday morning the day before Easter.

Also, we will have come in from a red-eye so I suspect we'll be tired - want to find the most convenient, least crowded location for AP pickup.

I'm not sure DTD will be open that early.
I would just park at the Poly and take monorail to MK guest services and it shouldn't take you that long to get the AP and then come back and check-in. You will be checking in very early and do you have a plan in case your room is not ready?
You mention your coming in the red-eye...
It would be wonderful if your room is ready but just remember it may not be, if not they will hold your luggage until later.

I hope everything works out for you.
Have a great trip...

Our backup plan if the the room isn't ready are to find a chaise lounge by the pool and snooze. If it's raining (let's hope not), we'll take a nap in the rental car. We don't think we'll go to any park this day as we'll be pretty tired. Though we are getting one AP, the other two have 7-day PHP so don't want to waste a day tired. Plan is to use 4 days this trip and 3 in December after our Disney cruise. Part of this trip is planned to hang out and chill at the resort as we've had a hectic winter and are ready for some downtime. One of the reasons I picked the Poly for the 1st half of the trip.

Sounds like I'll head over to the MK via monorail to get the AP -probably my DH and DS will conk out back at the resort while waiting for me.

Disney's Earport shops at MCO open at 7:00 am. Activated AP's (not vouchers) are available there.

DTD Guest Relations doesn't open until 9:30 am.

If you do not get them at the airport and you drive to the Poly, you can walk the short distance to the TTC ticket booths and get one there.
