If you have problems getting your rivers (and everest track, for that matter) working, remember:
- all the track pieces are DIRECTIONAL, so you have to hook them up pointing in the correct direction, or else you will just get stuck
- with the track, there's a arrow that points which way the track goes
- with the rivers, there is a subtle "flow" effect that shows you
- teleporter pieces are LINKED. When you buy them, you get a pair of them, that are linked, so entering one of them will pop you out the other
- as the other poster mentioned, linked teleporters can be in the same room, 2 different rooms of yours, or traded to somebody else to be placed in their room, to continue the ride in their room
- river and track pieces are expensive, in case you haven't noticed. You'll need lots of Ghosting, Fireworks, or... mules (extra character created for their start-up credits, buying track, and then trading back to your original character). Some people frown upon using mules.
