How does someone go about contacting a Moderator?

There is a white triangle with an exclamation point and outlined in red at the bottom left of all posts. This is the "Report Bad Post" icon. You can't see it on your posts.

I never knew this either. In the past I just PM'd the Moderator I wanted to speak to. Thanks for telling us this!!

IF you want to report a post use that red triangle
if you want to speak to a specif MOD than you can PM them

if any MOD will do and I can help than PM me

The triangle dispatches an email to all moderators of that particular board. It can, however, take time for that email to be sent (look how long it can take to get email notification of a PM). If it is an urgent report, you may want to follow up that report with a PM to a moderator.
