How does it work? College Program+SW+WDW resort

My S is in the Disney college program and is booking me a room at a WDW resort. I'm flying on SW.

How will I get to the resort? Magic Express? I don't know since he is booking the hotel room through the Hub. First time not driving to WDW too.

yup, Magical Express, enjoy your trip, even tho he is booking it thru the Hub it still qualifies for all the same benefits like any other room onsite

You need to get the reservation number and call Disney and give them your flight information. They will send you Magical Express Tags for your luggage.

My Daughter did the program last year and is going back for spring break. One of her former coworkers who stayed on with Disney made her reservations for her. She called and added her flight information and they sent her yellow tags for luggage. She has also received her magic bands. They came to our home address since she is away at school.

Not to complicate things but
March 5: fly down & check-in (CBR)
March 8: Check-out (CBR) and get a rental
March 8-10: With my Dad's (85th B-day) in Ocala
March 10: Drive back to WDW, return rental, check-in ASMo
March 13: Check-out (ASMo) and fly home
