How does Dreams Unlimited make money?

Ok, I am considering going with DU, but if they can get me the same rates and apply codes etc and maybe better rates than I can find, how do they make money? Call it the skeptic in me, but I am curious before I go down this path. Please don't flame me on this one, I am just curious.

As with any travel agency, I would imagine that they get a commission from Disney on the sale .

They receive their commission from Disney as opposed to getting it from their clients.

I have been using Dagny at DU for my last three (and one upcoming) trips.
Even if they charged extra, it would be worth it not having to deal with CRO!

If you book directly with Disney either CRO or WDTC they simply make more money because they keep the commission they otherwise pay to the travel agent!
