How is the food and entertainment at lunch compared to dinner? DH would love this place. Which meal is better? Thanks!

Hi,

Not much difference...except for the price!
http://allears.net/menu/men_ger.htm

And this is from Steve Soares' website:

Experience the excitement of Oktoberfest with a festive dinner show in the Biergarten.
Daily at 1:15, 2:15, 3:15, 4:45, 5:55, 7:00 & 8:05pm
Length of show: 25 minutes
Seating based on restaurant availabilty.

Thanks! I was mostly worried about the show they do so it's nice to see they do them at lunch time too. :goodvibes

I agree - the price is the main difference. There are a few food substitutes on the menu between lunch and dinner. The food is very good there too.

I have only had lunch there one time and we will do so again in 2 weeks. The entertainment was great when we were there as well as the variety of food. It was the first time we had eaten there since I was leary on German food. I found plenty that was good to eat and there were fruit cups full of berries when we ate there! It looks like dinner has some additional items but to me it's not worth the difference. For us the cost is only around 16 (tables in wonderland card) and you sometimes spend that much at a CS!! My husband actually wanted to make reservations for 2 days and we're only there a week!!

We love to eat here. We did a few weeks ago for my DH's birthday. We had late lunch reservations (3:00pm) and paid lunch price. I believe they start bringing out dinner options at 4:00 so we got some dinner things also and just paid lunch prices.

We will be down in May for my birthday and plan on eating there again.

Linda

They only have SauerBraten at Dinner and I am a big fan, so we will go for dinner when we go there. Other than that, i do agree that most of the food offerings are the same.

That's good news! We have it booked for lunch and I am glad to see its the same basic stuff for lunch that it is for dinner :thumbsup2
