How does AMC dining work?

Hello. I was trying to make dining reservations for AMC fork and screen for next week and cannot find anywhere where I can make reservations. On WDW website it talks about your assigned seating with reservation but can't figure how the heck you do that. Any ideas? Also, I went to AMC website to see what would be playing and only one movie displays. Do they only show one movie? TIA

If it's anything like the AMC dine-in theaters we have here in NJ, you probably need to make reservations directly through the AMC website.

Which night are you planning to go? They don't normally post the schedule for the weekend until Tuesday or Wednesday unless there is big movie coming out that would warrant advanced purchase. Schedule through next Thursday should be posted.

I googled and saw an entire list of movies displayed. You purchase your tickets for an assigned seat and order from the menu when you arrive. The last time I went runners were available to deliver food before and during the movie. There is a button on the side of your seat you use to summon the waitstaff. I would suggest getting there a little early so you have can dinner without the waiters ducking to deliver your food and having to whisper to ask for ketchup. It's a nice experience. Have fun!

Yes, it's not a typical reservation. You just purchase the tickets for the movie you want to see, and you pick your seats in the theater...and then you just order from your seat.

This is the way it works in our city. You can purchase your tickets online or at the theater (I suggest online). You do so from the AMC website (input the city and you will see all the AMCs in that particular city).

Once you find the theater you want, select the movie and time. You'll be shown a graphic of the seats with the taken ones marked. Select which seats you want. Pay. Pick up your tickets at an ATM-like kiosk at the theater, print them out, or go to the ticket counter.

You order once you're in the theater. I suppose Orlando could be different, but this is how it works here. (Honestly, I think the food is over-rated.)

it is the same here (I too have not tried it at disney)

Best advice is stick with things that seem the most like finger foods or are easy to eat as you will mainly be eating in the dark and it can be harder than you think, and yeah I have never been to a movie theatre where the food was amazing but it is still a fun experience once in awhile.
