How does a photo gallery work?

I'm not sure if I'm posing the question correctly. What I want to know is if I store my digital pics online (for example, Kodak Gallery) do I have to pay them a fee? Do they have access to my photos? If I want to print them do I have to pay them? Any and all info is appreciated. TIA!

No fee to post or share, and they do not have access per se, I am sure they don't care. If you print from there, no cost, same as if on your PC. if you order from there, a charge.
