Doesn't really matter for me. But I am patiently waiting for my mary janes that I ordered last week to show up and I imagine I'll only wear those flipped back, otherwise it'd be silly.

Back most of the time because I have problems keeping slip on shoes on. But it's always nice to the the option of flipping them forward for a bit
