How do you use vouchers?

We have some small Delta vouchers from last summer when our flight went down in price. To use these do I have to go to the airport or can I use them over the phone. I know you cannot use them online. Thanks.

Just had the same question last week. According to Deta you can use those vouchers over the phone. If you have delta money from a bumped flight you need to give in the certificate at the airport or city ticket office.l
