How do you use Moleskin??

Okay, we have moleskin. My son broke his arm last year and they gave us some for use around his thumb so the cast didn't rub.
But how do you use moleskin for sore feet? This stuff has a sticky side and the fuzzy side. Do you stick the stuff to the shoe or what?

you stick it on your foot wearever you think you might have a problem with blisters forming. Last time I bought some, they had a thin moleskin and also athicker, more padded moleskin. I bought 1 package of each and started with the thinner type on areas I tend to have problems with. As the week wore on, I switched over to the thicker moleskin for added protection. Be sure to cut it up before you leave home into individual pieces or bring a small pair of scissors with you (in you checked luggage of course!)

I have also put it on the shoes, wherever they rub. Usually at the back of the heel.

But usually- just stick it on my feet on the problem spots.
