How do you request room or room location?

do you call the hotel direct or call the main reservation line? Wea re staying at SSR in July and was wondering if ti is too late to request since we took the upgrade. Thanks

I personally have never called the hotel directly, but you might could do that, if your stay is coming up soon. That said, it might be just as ok to call CRO. IMO, they don't care if you make a room request.

I believe with DVC units that are reserved through Disney, you have to call the main reservation number with any requests. Just be sure to call it in at least 5 days before you arrive, otherwise the request may not make it on your reservation in time for the resort to see it.

CRO is Disney's central reservations. 407-W-DISNEY. I always make any requests when I make reservation. I always call week before we leave to confirm and make sure requests are there. That's usually the time I request specific room location/view. Haven't been disappointed yet!
