How do you print the autograph pages?

How do you print the autograph pages from Photobucket in Word or PSE? I want to resize them to 4x6 so I can print two on a page and then trim them. I am having trouble getting them sized and to print clear, not blurred. Can someone post the steps they do? Thank you!

I am printing mine on unlined 4x6 index cards. I am printing from PHotoshop, but I have also done it from Word. Just insert the photo and then hit resize image to the size you want. I also make sure that the paper size is 4x6 index card.

Thanks but I am using 8.5 x 11 glossy paper to print the autograph pages. I am looking for directions to bring the pictures from Photobucket into Word or PSE and resize without loosing any of the clarity of the design. I would also like to put 2 on one page for printing to save some time. One of the problems I have had is when I click on the image and copy into Word, it is smaller than 4x6.

when you get it in photobucket, make sure that you click the image and then click where it is says full size, before you save the image.
