To what sometimes silly extremes will you go to try to give yourself an edge before the moment of truth when you step on the scales?
Even though by brain tells me that these things can't make more than a teeny difference, I always strive to wear the lightest weight clothing I can find on weigh in mornings- no long pants, ever!
Sports bra instead of an underwire (I'm sure that must make a fraction of an ounce of difference!)
Minimal jewelry- no bracelets, and take off the watch.
rolleyes: It's not like I have a lot of rapper-worthy heavy gold chains. I'm not sure what I think this will accomplish.)
I don't eat breakfast before weigh in. (I'll munch on a Nutrigrain bar and drink my water in the meeting room after I hit the scales.)
I always try to be especially good about drinking my water the day or two before weigh in.
*Always* potty right before stepping on the scales.
Haircut- I imagine myself much lighter right after I've had a good trim!
No shoes!!! We're allowed to take them off to weigh in, thank goodness!
I wonder if I should also start shaving my legs on weigh in morning?

Corny, I know, but I ALWAYS so that! It's become a ritual!
