I make pancakes from scratch -- and waffles too.

I do...but I'm not above making them with Bisquick either. Thing is, it takes just as long to do the "old fashioned" way and this way I know exactly what is going into them.Anyone here, do it the old-fashioned way?

Here's the basic recipe -- double, triple, etc., according to how many people you want to feed:
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 T baking powder
1 cup flour
2 T vegetable oil
1 T sugar
dash of salt
