How do you like your steak

So far, we've only had steak at Le Cellier. But they always get my Medium Rare and DH's medium perfect. We're trying Concourse out when we go in a few weeks, so I'm hoping to have a good report (unlike the one's I've read in this thread.)

I like my steak med-well done. I had a steak at Logan's Roadhouse last night that was cooked perfect. Just a little pink in the middle.

I can stand a bit of pink so at a steak house around here I order Med-Well or even Well-Done..

I haven't had any steaks in Disney yet but will during my Dec. trip. Outside of Disney I used to order my steaks Med. Rare but noticed they were coming out more and more red so I've now switched to ordering them Medium.

I plan on eating at LeCellier and the Concourse Steakhouse during our upcoming trip and enjoy a wonderful steak dinner!!!

I'm a fan of RARE and DH is med-RARE. MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

When we went out to dinner once with my ex-sister in law, she ordered her beautiful filet butterflied and destroyed. Would not watch us eat ours. To each his/her own.
