What we have done besides sending an email to Disney for a great CM, is; I have taken business cards and printed on them t the Cm giving us exceptional service with an empty line to fill in the name and dateof the cm and our name and give it to them. I will usually tell them I will be sending a email about them, but if they don't hear about it they can use this. I don't know if it would work with their managers, but they get something to keep. I always forget to go to guest services, as we are usually trying toget somewhere else on time.
