your appetite during training? I'm really happy that i have been consistently working out and not letting other things interfere with my training. But my appetite has taken a BIG upswing!
I've been trying to eat smaller meals/snacks throughout the day instead of just pigging out on three meals, but I always seem hungry. I've been snacking on pretzels, popcorn, nuts and carrot sticks. I've been drinking water and yogurt smoothies. I'm just always hungry.
How do you guys handle the food issues?

I've also heard to keep adequate iron levels, especially women. Good luck!
