How do you get to Winter Summerland mini golf using WDW buses?

How do you get to the Winter Summerland mini golf by using WDW buses? We were thinking of going to play mini golf but don't have a car. How do you get there by WDW buses? We will be staying at either the Pop or AS Music.

Take the bus that goes to Blizzard Beach. Summer/Winterland Mini Golf is right next to Blizzard Beach.

The Fantasia miniture golf complex is probably a little easier to get to. It is located across from the Swan / Dolphin. You can take any bus to the Baordwalk, Beach Club, Yatch Club, Swan, or Dolphin and walk over. It is also accessible through the International gateway if you are at EPCOT.
