How do you get older teenagers interested in getting a job?

sympathise with you done that got the T-shirt etc no set down rules i'm afraid. DW Diane is a manager in national retail chain. this is what she thinks, make as many C.V.'s as they can and go into all the shops they fancy working in and personally give the C.V. to the manager. 1st impressions etc you know the score. Most managers go of their instincts and if they look really interested even though they may not have a place there and then, a good manager will keeps a file of potentials.

so I hope that they all find a job
