Hello.

I am about to try to arrange some comp tickets for a WDW visit from a Disney employee but I wanted to gather some info first.

I would be travelling from out of state to Orlando, so I would not have the tickets in hand until the very first day at the parks.

1. How can I make a park reservation without having the tickets in hand? Or do comp paper tickets always get into the park without a reservation?

2. Would I need to arrange different tickets for each of the 4 parks?? Or would I just pick up one single batch of tickets, one time (the first day) and then use them one by one each day?

These would be comp tickets arranged in advance- not a CM signing me in.

Thanks in advance for any advice!!!

I’ve used COMP tickets (although they were a hard card, not paper). Each guest has to have a park reservation AFAIK, so you will definitely need to make park reservations and you have to have the tickets linked in your MDE account to make the reservations (there should be a ticket number on the comp tickets somewhere). Obviously, the CM who is giving you the tickets may know more than I do, but it seems they should try to give you a ticket number. In advance of your arrival.

Each ticket will need to be entered into MDE, so it would be best to have the CM send you a picture of the tickets so you can load them in. Park reservations are still required.
