How Do You Arrange payment for towncar?

I was thinking of maybe arranging a towncar for my son and his wife when they arrive - since you dont give them a credit card when booking, how would we pay? Does he pay up front or when he gets to SOG or when he is picked up to return to airport the following week????
I know its probably a dumb question, but have never used a towncar before

Hi Sollenberger,

Whenever we use Tiffany I give them my credit card number when making the reservation and tell them to add on a 20% gratuity. That way I never have to sign anything when we arrive at WDW, or back at the airport.

I'd recommend that way if you are doing it for your son and his wife.

We did the same with Murray Hill. Gave them CC over the phone and I just paid tip in cash.
