How do we speak with James Rasulo?

As the new head of resorts, etc., James Rasulo needs to hear from his heart and soul customers(owners)....DVC members!

Who best can advise him that Disney needs to get back to the magic! Cutbacks, perk discontinuations, etc. have only tarnished the wonderful image that we all know and love.

Is there a way that we either individually or as a group get in touch with him to help them re-invent the magic?

It would have to be done in a proactive positive way.

Maybe a list of suggestions could be developed and then voted on by us to be forwarded to his attention?

Just an idea.

Can someone describe the org chart for me?

How many people between Eisner and George Aguel---I thought he was the Sr. VP in Charge of DVC, and is he lateral to Rasulo, or is he under Rasulo?

Chain of command means zip.Eisner is a micro manager.He has his hands in everything.Of course until it doesn't work out,then he starts making his underlings take responsibility.That's why you see such a rollover in management.Hopefully his time is coming to an end or he suddenly wakes up.
