How do I use the credits I have on Snapfish

I feel like such an idiot.

I can't seem to figure out how to get the credits to work. I see them in my credits box but when I click on "create now" it takes me to the shop page.

I placed an order earlier thinking it would add at the end and I ended up paying full price for it.

Did you try calling customer service? Depending on when you placed the order you may be able to either cancel it and start over or they can apply the credits and get some money back.

When I go to my credits, I click on "redeem" and it takes me to the shop page. I then make my project and add to cart. When I get to the cart, it says on the side 0.00 instead of a price.

I would call Snapfish and try to resolve it. They have really good service. I once placed a huge order of prints then discovered I could save a lot of I pre-paid. I was able to cancel my first order, pre-pay for prints and place a second order right away.

I have tried calling but the wait times were over 30 min. and I just couldn't wait that long.

Hi Dawn,
Mine works as the same as the pp... after you log in go to "your account"- redeem credits and it will show up w/a 0 balance at the end. GL and hope it works for u

Ah, just read the bottom portion.....yeah, mine didn't do that! ARGH!
