How do I sign up for the Key Program - via Cruise planner or something else?

Just to let you know I sail on January 12, 2020 and although I last checked mid August for Key program, I looked again today and it’s there for around $32 per day on a 6 day adventure of the sea.

It is showing up now for us. And of course, now that it is, I was told NOT to get it for my aunt after all. Thanks for letting me know!
