How do I retrieve tour info?

We made reservations for a back stage tour for March, and DH inadvertently discarded the reservation number. I thought I could look it up on My Disney, but I can only find dining on there...not anything about tours. Any advice on where I might find that info without the reservation number?

You should be able to call where you booked the tour (ours was 407-WDW Tour) and give them your name and date (or several days if your not sure of the exact date).

I did this with a tour we had planned out in December. Because we weren't sure who would be going on this trip, I planned for two options figuring I could cancel once I knew. I then misplaced our reservation #.

The first time I called I was not given the 2nd tour. When I called back, the person was able to give be both. So, if you don't get the info the first time, call back. They can look it up for you.

You won't be able to find it online. If you're looking for the information now, I'm afraid a call is the only way.

When you get to Disney, the Concierge will also be able to look it up for you.
