How do I make room request at AKL?

The search function isn't working for me, so I'm sorry if this question has been around.

I want to make a request for the 2nd or 3rd floor at AKL for our trip starting on Sunday.

How do I make this request? Do they still do fax requests, or should I call WDW, where I made my reservation?

Just call them directly unless you booked through a travel agent,then they would have to call.
