I brought it up last night when we were joking around in kitchen and he seemed okay

Then tonight, showed him the countdown on the fridge and told him I was serious

He was liek yeah I know...Do what you got to do...I am in

so now i need to figure it all out

With WDW package, I book through them, put 200 deposit down and just make payments until final pymt is due 45 days before trip

I found out with DL, you don't need to pay in full til 30 days

Now I want to find out, if I can make payments like do with WDW. Much easier to do that way, then pay in full

Yes, they do that with the Disney travel too. That is how I prefer to do it myself. There are so many perks to doing that way to me. There are people that tell me all the time that they think it is cheaper to do it yourself but I don't think so.

I thnk I am going get 4 day park hoppers. The first day I knwo we will be exhausted...Rather use that day to rest, unpack, maybe just check out DTD

then do park for 3 days. Then next day, would like to rent a car and go check out hollywood sign viewing area,. Disney soda fountain shop, and the theater where all the stars put their hands on the ground

I was reading another TR, where a lady posted a link to a one day touring plan..which including those places and a few other, then I am not interested in

So need to see if anywhere nearby to rent a car.

Interestingly enough there is a car rental place in DTD. It is an Alamo car rental. It is right next door to Disney travel.


I am not fond of tours. I like to do things on my own. You know you might put going out to see the Pacific ocean that day too. We have a pretty ocean.


You might also look at Dream Travel I think it is on here. They can give you a quote too and when I used them I got a Disney gift card too for booking through them. Also check out getawaytoday.com

I do the Disney online too. I go to the Disneyland website and do what I call Disney creaming and price trips. I have decided on many a trip that way.
