How do I log into Southwest to book a cheaper fare/get credits?

I have done this before..(even have some credit...) but I SO don't remember how! (and I remember it being easy!)
HELP!

ON the SW website go to travel tools in the upper right hand corner. Click on
Change Air Reservation then follow directions, have your confirmation number handy.
You will rebook your tickets and get a credit for the difference. good luck!

OF course the price went up overnight...but I notice that I can get the lower price for 3 of our 5 tickets.
Is it possible to just adjust 3 of the tickets?

You will have to cancel all the tickets if its under one reservation then rebook the 3 tickets at the lower price and the other at the higher price. Is the higher price more then what you originally paid for the ticket? look at everything before you cancel any tickets.

Don't cancel the whole thing. You can call and have an agent remove some but not all of the passengers off your original ressie. Must be done on the phone, not online.
