How do I get a new guide

Not sure if this is the right forum....but...I am very dissapointed in my guide..we bought resale ..so I have never used him...but I have called 20 times in 2 weeks with only about 3 return calls...we really want to buy AK before time runs out....he could care less...it is like I have to beg him to give us information.....so who do I call to get a person who wants my sale? thanks...amy

Our Guide that we switched to this year is Kelly Jo Williamson.
I recommend that you give her a call at (800) 827-3865 or email: Kelly.Jo.Williamson@disney.com. Our AKV purchase took 5 min and everything was correct. She probably won't remember me but tell her that Bill Main says hi.
