How do I disable motion sensor on AC - Animal Kingdom Lodge Jambo?

I’ve searched the web and YouTube and found videos and pics that looks like my ac wall control BUT it doesn’t have a power on/off button which most instructions mention. Just a fan only - can speed - display and then the up/down F or C button.

Call maintenance. They've disabled it for us every trip no problem.
