How do I determine the value of a pin?

How can I find out the value of my Disney pins? I have a few from when I was a kid as well as a new 'who want's to be a mouseketeer - contestant' pin.... thanks!!

There's no pin price guide -- either in print or online -- that I'm aware of. Tomart has published a Disneyana guide and I believe they may have one for Disney pins. Some people use eBay auctions to judge the monetary value of pins, but the values are EXTREMELY fluid. The same pin that sold for $20 one week and $45 the next may go for $15 next month.

Do you have a way to scan and post a picture of the older pins? There may be some collectors on here who can help you to find out how valuable or rare they are.
