How do I confirm if Memory maker is attached to my account?

Hello -

I had called and made some updates to my package reservation. I had removed by dining plan. I was told a refund that was more than I expected to get back. I got off the phone, and reviewed my reservation. I compared with my prior Rez and I noticed the Memory Maker was gone from my reservation. However under Tickets tab on the MDE Plans page, I do still see the Memory maker with Conf number.

If I goto the photopass site is there a way to confirm if my memory maker is still activated for my account?

You can go to the Photopass site and attempt to link your Confirmation #. It’ll either state it’s already linked or it isn’t a valid Confirmation # seeing how it probably was canceled.
