There are 4 of us & I want to ck us in right at the 24 hr window. Can I do that or will I need to ck us each in individually?

Thank you!

If you purchased all the tickets at once, what you will do is user your confirmation # and the name of the first passenger to start the check in process.

On the next screen there will be check boxes next to everyone's name and you just check that (there is also a check all at the top) then click "Check In" and it will check everyone in and display the boarding passes if you selected to print boarding passes. If not you can just print them off at the kiosk at the airport when you check your bags in.

Do you 1 confirmation # for everyone or separate numbers for everyone? If only 1 then do as the above poster said. If you have more than 1 then prior to the 24 hour mark open separate windows for all the numbers and have all the info inputted with the boxes checked. At the 24 hour mark start hitting send on each window. Your numbers should be fairly close together that way. I've had numbers a few apart and I have never had a problem boarding all together with my kids. Most people just shuffle around to keep you together. Of course I always offer the people to keep their numbers and take my kids! Nobody ever takes me up on it? :confused3;)

If you happen to be in the parks at your 24 hour mark, Guest Services can check you in. We were at Epcot last week when we hit the 24 hour mark. The CM at Guest Services took my confirmation number, checked us in, and printed the boarding passes for us. It worked out great for us.

Thank you very much!!! Yes we are all under one confirmation number. This really helps!

The front desk at your resort or the guest services locations at DTD will do it too. You will need the confirmation number and may be asked for a photo ID.

We hit our 24 mark just 30 minutes ago. I had all the info filled out so that right at that mark I clicked submit then immeditaly clicked all 4 names and submit again. We got A boarding passes!!! And all 4 consecutive numbers.

Are you flying out of Louisville?

No, sadly Columbus. We prefer L'ville, but found much better fares out of Columbus. 2 hr drive vs. a little over an hour, but worth it for the fare difference.

Where is guest services at Epcot? We will be at Epcot on our 24 hour mark. It will be at 6pm.
