How do I add a video link to my TR post?

I'm so sorry to ask this again, I think I asked about this a year or so ago and I did save the directions but after my laptop crashed - completely (I just got a new one) I don't have the "how-to" on that any longer. If someone could help I'd really appreciate it. I have a youtube link that I'd like to post on my pre- Trip Report.
