While on a 7 day Eastern Cruise, we had a family emergency (notified by ship/shore phone call). The cruise and DVC cast members were outstanding in their service and concern for us. Fortunately, our situation resolved favorably but at that time, we were distraught and they came through admirably.
You can make people do their jobs, but you can't make them care for people. The Disney Cast really does care!
