I just got mine today and needless to say - it's very overwhelming - great - but overwhelming...

looking for ideas on how to organize this puppy....lol
it didn't come w/any directions on how or where to place anything so just looking for some suggestions!

I know in the end I'll have to figure it out for myself -

thanks!

DId you buy the deluxe version? And are you asking in what order to put the pages/passpockets etc?

I will take my deluxe binder with me to WDW but I am leaving alot of the pages at home. Pages such as the planning section, the getting there section..heck I'm already there, and some of the resort section. I will keep some of the resorts in there for the two resorts I'm staying at. Then depending on how thick the passpockets are I will keep all of the park info in there along with the food section. I use the passpockets to have everything about that day all together. For example Day 1 I have a PS at AK. I wrote down the confirmation number and the time on the passpocket. I also have my breakfast vouchers in there for that day. And I have a sheet of steno paper with things to do or see at AK in there. I will put in a park map when I arrive to checkin too. On the first day I will probably (haven't tried it yet) take the passpocket with all the info inside out of the binder and put into a ziplock bag and put into my daypack I carry in parks. That way I can record my purchases as I wait for a show to start and can keep all my receipts from the many pins I buy (by the way it is a hard habit to break). The back of the pocket is a great place to write down all the happenings of the day. And you can make notes for next time. When I return to my room and its time to think about tommorow I will put the one passpocket back into binder and grab the one fo rthe next day. Maybe check my little paper to see if there is anything I need to add and then put it into the daypack ready to go for the morning trip to our next park.

I am looking forward to having everything I need in one place. The pockets seem big enough to hold just about everything you need for the day. You could put an envelope with cash in it too. I go to WDW May 13-19. I'll let you know how it worked. I think to carry the whole binder (all pages) into a park everyday would be to much. But to carry what you need for the day should be easy.

I hope this helps to get you started to using your Passporter.

I'm taking tips from these boards :hyper: and pasting them onto colored index cards (one color per park) and then pasting them onto pages I won't be using in the passporter, such as the resort pages.

Well, this is my third Passporter and I have done each one differently. But in the beginning, I always do it the same. I fill out the information of reservation numbers, and important info that needs to be written, I write it to where I'll find it, not exactly where it has listed in the book. I put all my papers in it (such as resort confirmations, even thought I have it written, I still like to have the original. I use the pockets to put my disney dollars in so when I'm down there, I know how much money I'm allowed to spend that day. I make little ressie slips and put in the correct pocket so on that day, I know where I'm eating. I highlight everything I want to remember, I use the check list to help me remember. I don't have a deluxe version, but I like my paperback. While I'm there, I check off the attractions I attended, and I can remember "Oh yeah, I did want to do that." I have absolutely fallen in love with it, and to be truthful with you, my boyfriend doesn't believe we are going til he sees the Passporter with our names on it. The one thing though I'm trying to say (can you believe it) Is make it your own. You don't have to fill out everything, make it your own scrap book. Have fun with it. In fact, I don't refer to my Passporter as "The Passporter" anymore....it is now and forever will be call "The Brain" My boyfriend enjoys saying "Hey, don't forget to pack your "Brain" I'm so glad Jennifer and Dave created this. If y'all read this, thanks a million!!!

Hey! Enjoy your trip planning and trip!!
