I found out about the DisBoards when I was looking for love online. I searched and found a Disney dating site called DisMates and I found the profile of this wonderful guy who I just had to meet. It said that he was a member over on the DisBoards and it gave his name on here...I came over here looking for him and finally found him after searching through like 20 pages of a thread. I PMed him and rest is history! We just celebrated our 10 month anniversary on the 16th of May! He is my Prince Charming and if it wasn't for the DisBoards, we probably wouldn't have met!

my bff and i always talk about disney at least once when we're hanging out and everyone says we're obsessed (and of course who can blame us b/c it's disney lol ) so she told me that she was on the WWW one night and came across the boards and said that there were others out there just like us - so here i am !!!

We got our first computer while we were in the planning stages of another WDW trip. Of course I started searching for anything and everything I could find about Disney World. I stumbled upon Pete's wonderful website and the rest is history. The best thing I have ever done. I absolutely adore the DisBoards and everyone on them. I visit everyday! I have learned more about WDW than I could ever possibly imagine. Now my DD and future DIL are members and finding out for themselves just how awesome this place can be.

I agree! Just when I think I know it all about Disney, someone here tells me a litle tidbit that I did not know. the DisBoards are a wonderful addiction!

I found this site completely by accident last year when planning my trip. I was looking for car rental prices.... and somehow I got directed here to a board that had discount codes.... Ended up being hooked! (also planned a near perfect first trip with the kids last year, with nearly no waiting - May 21 - 31, 2006 THANKS!)



And yes... definately buy the unofficial guide and Passport books... together with this board, you can plan a great time!
