How crowded will it be......

We are going to be at Disney the last week of the f&W festival. This was inadvertant on our parts, but secretly dh and I are VERY excited about it! The problem is, our current touring plan has us doing Epcot Saturday evening the 6th of November.

We have two small children and we thought that evening would be a good time for them to stroll the showcase and do the kidcot stations but I am concerned about the crowds being overwhelming. We are touring with a total of 7 people and we spend a lot of time in WS, this is also the first 'park' day of our trip.

Anyone with F&W festival experience care to share?

Crowds on a Saturday night might be heavier, due to the locals coming to the F&W festival, but I think it's doable.

The F&W festival means that lots of food kiosks are set up at WS which makes walking a little more crowded. But, you can plan on eating all the different foods for your dinner.

Does the festival continue beyond 11/6? If so, you could walk half the WS one day and walk the other half the next day.

is not something that EVER occured to me! That's a great idea and that may be the route we go. I have so many favorites in the WS that I'm always anxious to get to the next pavilion. this time I think I'll stop and smell the roses (and the bakerys, food & wine kiosks and maybe even the entertainment! What a novel idea!).
