How crowded is March?

We have been in late June and it didn't seem too bad to me. How will the crowds compare in March? We will only have 2 days pre-cruise so hope to do full days. We got really cheap fares to SNA so we are spending the money we saved (over LAX) for the DL tickets. This is just the gravey part of our spring break but we still want to go in knowing what to expect. Plan to priceline the hotel so we won't have Morning Madness.
The specific dates are Friday and Saturday March 12 and 13th.

Thanks!

Monica

What's the weather & temperatur in mid March?

Shorts weather?? Are outdoor pools open?

We've gone the week you're going and the crowds weren't unbearable. We've done about 10-15 days later and they were extending the POTC queue and running out of fast passes. I've heard the cheerleaders are often there in March as well. They were there this year while we were and it was really busy.

All in all, I think March is still one of my favorite times to go.

March is a nice time to go. The earlier in March the better. I've been at different times during the month of March. Just went this last March from the 20th - 25th and it was more crowded than I thought it would be (spring Break crowds). You're going on the early side of March, I think you will be fine as far as crowds go.

Weather in March when we have gone has been nice. Short sleeve weather in the day, but get a jacket for night. My husband typically wears shorts there, no matter what the weather is......me, not so much!! Pools are open but they are not heated up enough for my liking! I think the weather in March can be in the 70's or low 80's. Just depends!

The week you are talking about is typically Spring Break for AZ, so it may be a bit crowded.

Thanks, I will plan on pants and t-shirts with jackets. We won't be swimming until we are on the cruise. I don't mind a crowd but just want to know if it will likely be grid locked. We will still go but with the plan to just do our favorites and enjoy the weather. DH can get FP for the other rides and do them when dds and I are in bed.

I think this year there will be even more people at the parks because there are over 800,000 annual passholder.

remember a lot of colleges is off during this month for spring break.

800,000! Wow!

Well Sat. is a blackout date so that should help. I am sure there will be all kinds of Spring Breakers us included. We will just plan to take it slow after we rush through fantasy land in the morning with our kiddos.

Thanks,
Monica
