How crowded is April 3-10?

extremely crowded. But we're going anyway! The parks (except for Epcot) will open at 8 am for everyone - so we'll stay in the parks from 8am until it gets crazy - then go get some pool time and maybe come back at night.

Going down as well. Crowded at disney is better than home!!

For what it's worth touringplans lists the days as 6-7 with one 8. To me that sounds more like summer crowds hoping its true. Will take 6-7's!!

Christmas/New Years are the busiest, then Easter week, then July 4. It will be crazy, but with a good plan and an attitude of "this is Disney!" you'll be fine.

We will be there Ap 4-11 and a 6-7 crowd sounds really low. I hope that is true. We are going with my DS's marching band. We usually go in the summer.

That sounds more right to me but I would take a 6-7. My DH was making the FP+ selections for his group of band kids the other day and was able to get all the big rides. They were very happy about that. It was their 30 day mark and they are staying off site. He didn't think they would be able to get some of the big stuff because of the crowds and having to wait until 30 days out.

Not to be negative, but I think Touring Plans is wrong on that one (unless I don't understand what a 6-7 is on their chart anymore?)

I would expect 9s that week.

We always go during that time, the weather is gorgeous and we love the Garden and Flower festival. In the past few years Magic Kingdom was extremely crowded on good friday and Easter (and going into phase one closing a couple times) so if you go on those days you should be there early. The tree other park never seemed that crowded to us.
This year we are arriving on the 4th so we are avoiding the good friday crowd!
Have fun !

I think when Easter is earlier it coincides with more school spring breaks. That was our experience a couple years ago. I would agree that it is more like a 9 than a 6 or 7. As long as you plan to get to the parks at opening, you should be okay. Late arrivals definitely don't work with those crowds.

I would typically agree but touringplans is usually spot on not sure why it is lower than expected
