How crowded have resort pools been with limited seating?

Going to BWV tomorrow and looking to enjoy some pool time. Just curious if anyone has had any difficulties getting chairs throughout the day or any comments about crowd size. Thanks.

We were there about a week ago - we only went to the pool later in the evening (after about 6), but chairs were always mostly empty.

We just got back from WDW. Stayed at Contemporary. Pools were crowded in the water, not on the deck. We had no problem finding chairs. Hot tubs were open and multiple families were in them. CM's didn't enforce social distancing but honestly, I didn't give it a second thought.

When we were there earlier this month, it was fairly crowded as soon as about 5-6pm all the way until closing at 10pm. We stayed at Copper Creek and Yacht Club. We walked by Pop one night and it was just a mad house haha. I think it’s still very crowded once the parks close.

We just stayed at Riviera and Wilderness Lodge, and were at the Poly in July, and in neither case did we have an issue with pool chair availability. What was lacking at Wilderness Lodge a few days ago was hot tub space. That's what's at a premium, now.

We stayed a week at the poly and the pools were very empty. We stayed 1.5 weeks at boardwalk, and the pools were mostly empty. We walked by the Caribbean beach pool one night, and wow - was it packed. People were everywhere - hardly any empty space. Maybe it just depends on the resort and the timing of your swim.

I think that is probably because only the DVC sides of Poly and BW are open but CBR is just open.

SAB was a ghost town in October.

SAB wasn’t bad early Dec either. It was also pretty cold for FL so maybe that helped. CCV and BRV pools were also empty. Kidani was the most packed out of the three.

Just stayed at Riviera Dec. 19-25 and spent about 3-4 days at the quiet pool. That pool was rarely crowded and had good pick of chairs around noon when we would arrive (warmer days). Felt everyone spaced out pretty nice as well AND staff was constantly cleaning. Hot tub did get a bit crowded at times but we had it to ourselves a few times. Did the pool with the slide for an hour one day and that had more families but still a decent pick of chairs. All in all a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing pool and resort itself, along with all the nice people we met along the way.

Thanks everyone for responding, we are doing a split stay at CCV and OKW in early Feb. so this is good info to have......

CBR was wide open by the pool the week of Dec 14th, my party of four had the whole pool to ourselves for the first couple of hours!
