How crowded Beaches n Cream on Halloween around 4:00??

We will probably visit the Boardwalk for Halloween activities on Sunday, 10/31. Thinking about eating at Beaches & Cream. I have never been here before and was wondering how hard it will be to get a table?? Was thinking about going around 4:00-4:30. My family is a party of 4. Friends may be joining us (party of 5)
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

4 would probably be an ok time. That place is just so small your best bet is to be there at an off time.

Just to let you know its unlikely you will be seated with your friends. The booths hold 4 or so and then the tables in the center are the round tables that don't mesh together well. We actually got two together once and got 7 around it but it wasn't easy.
