Going to be in WDW 11/3 thru 11/7. Plan on doing MK on the 4th which is election day. Also, because it is the only day that week spectromagic & wishes are shown.

Do you think it is better to do another park that day & just come for the evening, or stay the entire day?

also, staying at BWV...heard buses aren't the greatest there? anyone know first hand?

I have been in Mk on Election day. The crowds were pleasantly low. Dont know if it was a coincidence. Only been there for ONE election day. But, there were hardly any lines that day at all.

Good Luck

I don't think Fl schools are closed for election day so I doubt that would be anything to worry about.

It's not Election Day I would worry about. I've found that anytime Spectro is shown on a weeknight, the park is very crowded all day. We ran into it once in early December and last May on a Tuesday (mid month), even Small World had a huge line at noon. We left and came back at night to see Spectro. We returned to MK on Thursday and it was empty (no Spectro that night). I think many pick that day for MK since Spectro & fireworks are shown, especially now that Wishes is showing. If you have a park hopper, I would go elsewhere during the day.

Regarding busses at BW, we usually drive. The problem at peak times is that BW is the last stop and can be full. Then returning, it's the last stop so you have to sit through the others (often including Swan & Dolphin, you might want to just get off there).

We'll be there that day, too! It will be our first day there and we plan to get there when the park opens. When I saw that Spectro and Wishes would be on that day, I was thrilled! I wasn't expecting that. On the otherhand, like you, I am worried that it will be crowded all day. Nevertheless, we'll soldier through. Our plan is to mainly do Fantasyland, Toontown and Main Street that day. I want to see Mickey's Philharmonic, Cindarella's Surprise Celebration, Socerer and the Stone and Belle's Storytime interspersed with rides. If the lines are too long.... boo!
