It will be very busy but this year I heard they are canceling the fireworks due to the Harry Potter construction so don't know how low the crowds will be due to that.
Not much willing to bet it will be just as busy.

That weekend will be very busy so be ready to stand in long lines. The best thing I can tell you is...get there at opening and do what you can before 10am. You might want to consider purchasing Express Plus passes if the lines get out of control...and they will. BUT...the parks stay open until 10pm so if you have the unlimited admission tickets, you could come back later in the evening.

I have been there three times during July 4th. The best advice I can give is STAY ON SITE!!! The magic room key is pricelss during that time. Go as soon as the parks open. Go back for an afternoon swim and then return to the parks after dinner. The best part of that time of the year is the parks are open late.

Thats the 1 weekend we try to avoid! It gets

then.

We will be there on the 4th for the 5th straight year. It is a blast. All the good fireworks, and cool stuff that the onsite hotels do. The lines will get crzy, but Express will save you. Dont know if the no-show on fireworks will make it less crazy or not, but i guess we will just have to find out

the uo park will not have the fireworks this year for the 4th but i heard they are thinking of using the 360 globes instead.

wouldn't that be sweet...............thinking mummy dust for that one!

I doubt the lack of fireworks are going to keep many people away. There are plenty of fireworks displays that night you can see. The City of Orlando has a terrific display and you can probably watch it from the top of the garage.

All man I was planning on going to US on July 4th for the fireworks. I gust I will do Sea World then if there's be no fireworks.

This is true. I remember last year, we watched fireworks from the club lounge at RPR then we went to see Universals display. Still going to see some great fireworks though:thumbsup2

We're going strictly to Universal this year from July 3rd to 7th. We're staying at RPH....that is the only way we'd go down there at that time.
